As a key member of the team, you will oversee the standardization and optimization of assets and equipment to improve their lifetime value. This involves developing strategies that drive sustainable reductions in CO2 emissions across Heavy Vehicle fleets.

You will be responsible for establishing optimal specifications for each operating HV fleet within the organization and implementing a rolling 24-month HV CAPEX investment plan with a view to delivering a 5-year plan.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Functional Leadership: Delivering a culture of Zero Harm through visible leadership
  • Collaboration: Working with the Mobile Assets Team to develop standardized processes and systems
  • Leadership Development: Developing mobile asset leaders across the operating business
  • Process Implementation: Implementing and consistently using standardized processes across the business

Additionally, you will steer projects, manage multiple projects concurrently, leading project teams between 4-8 people, and driving engagement with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in asset management and integrated logistic roles
  • Experience managing complex networks of assets
  • Implementing regional/national standardization

Successfully fulfilling this role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
