We are partnering with a growing luxury homes developer in the Australian market.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Contract Administrator to develop their skills and showcase their abilities on high-end projects.

  • Work alongside Project Managers and Site Managers to efficiently handle contracts, costs, and project documentation.
  • Oversee construction contracts to ensure projects meet specifications and deadlines.
  • Prepare tender packages and scope of works.
  • Collaborate with team members on contract-related questions and issues.
  • Monitor costs, budgets, and expenditures.
  • Conduct cost reviews and generate financial reports.
  • Maintain project documentation, including contracts and variations.
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for favourable outcomes.
  • Manage Procore documentation.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering projects on time to the highest standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
  • Experience in high-end apartments and/or luxury homes development.
  • A strong understanding of contract management and cost control principles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines.
About the Salary

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $120,000 to $140,000 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on your level of experience.
