Are you a Registered Nurse seeking a fulfilling position in a nurturing environment? We are looking for a Clinical Nurse to become part of a not-for-profit aged care organization located in the scenic coastal area of Devonport, Tasmania.

Role Overview: In the capacity of a Clinical Nurse, you will be instrumental in our facility that accommodates 127 residents, particularly within the Memory Support Unit. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Providing exceptional, individualized care to residents.
  • Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to maintain best practices.
  • Supervising Enrolled Nurses (EN) and Registered Nurses (RN) on duty.
  • Interacting directly with residents' families, representatives, allied health professionals, and general practitioners.
  • Maintaining the highest clinical standards and ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
