Job Title: Clinical Nurse Consultant - Clinical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant to lead our team in providing developmentally appropriate treatment to children, young people, and their families.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, complex case management, assessment, counselling, and/or therapy, with a focus on mental health or a related sector.

As a Clinical Lead, you will work collaboratively with a well-supported, diverse multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the team
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for children and young people
  • Conduct assessments and provide counselling and/or therapy services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in nursing or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical leadership and mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
