Key Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic demand planning initiatives to support business objectives. This includes leading the development of accurate and reliable sales forecasts, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and optimize inventory management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing leadership, guidance, and coaching to a team member to drive individual and team performance.
  • Leading the Sales & Operations Planning process to ensure alignment across functions and optimize forecast accuracy.
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive results.

As a key leader within the organization, this role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, drive change management initiatives, and provide expertise in demand planning and analysis.
