
Injury Management Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our established injury management and workers' compensation team.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our colleagues, supporting their recovery journeys and return to work.
As an Injury Care Partner, you will be responsible for creating and delivering best-practice injury management, rehabilitation and return-to-work strategies, working closely with colleagues, leaders, external partners and healthcare providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a Return-to-Work portfolio (Early Intervention and Workers Compensation claims) to ensure legislative and self-insurance injury management obligations are met
- Communicating with and engaging injured colleagues, providing support and direction on claims and ensuring they receive the right care
- Interacting with stakeholders including colleagues, Line Leaders, external partners and healthcare providers to drive strategies for early engagement in treatment, claims management, return to work, redeployment and claim closure
Our ideal candidate is passionate about support and achieving impactful results, taking accountability and wanting to have a direct impact on our teams and their experience.
They should possess:
- Experience in injury management, preferably in a retail or fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and injury management best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, leaders and external partners
