About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Manager to join our team at TOMRA. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network of collection return points in NSW.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex networks and a strong understanding of site management principles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing site management plans, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and managing external contractors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement site management plans to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Manage a network of TOMRA-operated return and earn sites, ensuring smooth operations, safety, and positive customer experiences
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive initiatives, projects, and process improvements
  • Manage external contractors involved in network uptime, cleanliness, and maintenance
  • Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on the health of the NSW network
Requirements
  • Proven management experience in a similar role
  • Relevant formal qualifications regarded but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
