- Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders on the health of the NSW network
- Proven management experience in a similar role
- Relevant formal qualifications regarded but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
