About Our Centre Director Role

Our centre is seeking a strong and experienced leader to join our team as the Centre Director. This key leadership position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the centre, focusing on five key pillars: people, quality, growth, safety, and financial performance.

The Centre Director will be responsible for managing a team of educators and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality care and education to children.

We are looking for someone who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre
  • Lead and develop a team of educators and support staff
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in a centre director or senior leadership role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with parents, staff, and other stakeholders
