We are seeking an experienced Investment Manager to join our market-leading Infrastructure Real Assets investment team. As an Investment Manager, you will be responsible for working with internal and external partners to identify and screen new investment opportunities, leading key diligence workstreams, and understanding and building financial models.
You will also be involved in asset acquisitions and divestments, refinancings, and direct asset management activities. Additionally, you will work directly with portfolio company management to oversee company performance, formulate and execute business plans, and manage other portfolio company strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and screen new investment opportunities

- 3+ years' experience as a finance specialist from investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure funds management
- Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, economics, or a related discipline with strong academic results
- Familiarity with the infrastructure or infrastructure-adjacent sectors
- Demonstrated track record and experience on infrastructure or infrastructure-adjacent sector acquisitions and divestments
- Strong experience in financial modelling, and Excel skills, or demonstrated aptitude in mathematics
- Strong presentation skills and capability in using PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- An entrepreneurial spirit, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and the ability to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced and exciting work environment
