We're seeking a seasoned investment professional to lead this effort, collaborating with senior RI subject matter experts to ensure knowledge sharing and alignment in objectives and work programs.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will lead the integration of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across our investment portfolio. This includes:

  • Collaborating with the investment team to embed ESG risks and opportunities into investment research and decision-making processes.
  • Developing and implementing capacity-building initiatives to enhance the Investment team's understanding and implementation of ESG strategies.
  • Representing the Future Fund in external industry engagements, contributing to systemic change and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in RI, with proven experience as a senior investment professional. You'll have a deep understanding of investment principles and processes, ESG issues, and responsible investment practices across both public and private markets.

You'll be able to influence and engage with senior stakeholders and external partners effectively, demonstrating strategic thinking, collaboration skills, and the ability to motivate and develop others.
