Job Title: Investment Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Investment Manager to join our team in Initiative Sydney. As a key member of our Investment team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering strategic media solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Client Leads to ensure alignment with client KPIs and deliver against media partner selection, tracking performance, and campaign implementation.
  • Develop and implement sophisticated media plans that leverage data and analytics to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide senior-level guidance, analysis, and POV to clients on media investment opportunities and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated partnerships and drive business growth.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in media investment and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of media trends, competitive nuances, and marketplace conditions.
