As a Territory Manager, you will be part of our highly respected and successful Neuromodulation Team. Our mission is to promote innovative products to key specialists and other stakeholders within the Brisbane metropolitan area.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for selling in the neuroscience space. If you have excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

- Achieve sales revenue and market share targets through effective territory management.
- Provide surgical coverage, follow-up support, and troubleshooting for relevant Neuromodulation therapies.
- Offer product and therapy training and education to new and existing accounts.
- Develop key implanters, implant centers, referral networks, and educate patient influencers and support groups.
- Partner with Marketing Product Managers to achieve therapy expansion goals and maximize new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Science or Business related disciplines
- Proven success track record in sales, preferably in medical devices industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a strong focus on exceeding customer expectations
- Self-motivated and positive can-do attitude
- High degree of emotional intelligence and empathy with maturity to deal with clinicians and patients alike
- Ability to work well within a team setting while also working autonomously
