
Customer Experience Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Professional who will be responsible to provide accurate and efficient information and assistance to customers in times of emergencies and natural disasters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely, personalised, high-quality support to customers to determine eligibility for various Government services and assistance packages.
- Assist customers with the application process by adopting multichannel delivery methods and make referrals to authorised experts to resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
- Apply sound knowledge of current procedures and guidelines to ensure that customers are triaged through to appropriate support services in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate information tailored to individual customer situations within agreed Service Level Agreements to ensure positive interactions and resolution of issues effectively.
- Collaborate with diverse information sources from various government agencies to find solutions for customers and stakeholders, ensuring timely and responsive customer service.
- Contribute to the development of an effective knowledge base and contribute to business operations and objectives to enhance team capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and integrity of customer information at all times, adhering to legislative obligations.
Requirements
- A valid driver's licence.
- Ability to travel across NSW, including metro, remote, and regional locations.
