The Customer Care Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality support to customers in times of need. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions. You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient information, as well as assisting with application processes using various delivery methods.

You will also be required to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current procedures and guidelines to ensure professionalism and effective customer service. This includes collaborating with multiple stakeholders to find solutions and resolving customer enquiries in a timely manner.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of an effective knowledge base and assist with business operations and objectives to improve team capabilities.

Requirements:
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Ability to travel across NSW, including metro, remote, and regional locations
