As an Injury Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting the recovery and rehabilitation of workers from some of our largest clients. Leveraging your industry expertise and strong professional presence, you will provide specialised services and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the best possible health and return-to-work outcomes
**As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include**:
- Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations
- Implement services as per Customer SLAs
- Coach team members to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
- Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
- Represent Kairros at public forums and on various committees as required
**Qualifications** What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Qualifications and relevant professional registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractor, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, RCAA)
- 2+ years occupational rehabilitation industry experience and ability to strategically manage of a portfolio
- Specialist knowledge and skillset with a solid reputation and profile within the industry
- An inclusive and integrative attitude towards engaging with the many diverse cultural groups that make up the society in which we live and work
- Customer service orientation with experience managing customer service agreements
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate referrals and build portfolio
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience training, coaching and developing others
- Willingness to travel (car and license essential)
