Drive a positive and resilient organisational culture by developing and implementing policies, initiatives, and support systems to enhance employee mental wellbeing.

  • Conduct regular assessments of workplace culture, analysing data from the employee engagement survey, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support business functions with the implementation of targeted action plans.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement culture enhancement initiatives, including workshops and team-building activities.
  • Gather feedback from employees regarding cultural initiatives and utilise these insights to refine and adapt programs to meet evolving needs.
  • Develop and execute internal communication strategies to disseminate information regarding mental health resources, best practices, and programme updates.
  • Work in partnership with senior leaders, and internal teams, including People Operations and Capability departments, to align culture initiatives and ensure a consistent and inclusive workplace culture across the organisation.
  • Manage employee engagement surveys and analyse results to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed.
  • Develop and implement strategies based on survey insights to improve workplace morale.
  • Advocate for initiatives that enhance psychosocial safety and resilience in the workplace.
