About Us

Cross Cultural Consultants is an Aboriginal-owned consultancy and training company that has been in operation for over 35 years. Our mission is to create opportunities for social, economic and cultural development through our service delivery and provide solutions that support Closing the Gap and Reconciliation.

Our Work

We work with clients across the spectrum, including all levels of government, the not-for-profit sector and private industry, providing hands-on capacity building, co-design, community and stakeholder engagement, strategy development, evaluation, and participatory learning and action at project, program and policy levels.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking expressions of interest from First Nations sole traders to join our network as facilitators or trainers. As a facilitator, you will support our work undertaking community and stakeholder engagement around the country, working with all levels of government, the community sector and private industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
  • Operate as a sole trader
  • At least 3 years of facilitation experience and/or facilitation qualifications
  • Experience working with government, industry or the community sectors
  • Tertiary level education
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Excellent people and communication skills, especially in a cross-cultural context
  • Demonstrated organisational skills
