We're seeking a** Head of Organisational Capability & Development** to join our People Leadership Team and shape the learning, leadership, and engagement journey nationwide.

**In this role, you will**:

- Design and deliver signature leadership and operational capability programs that inspire, engage, and upskill leaders at all levels.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to align initiatives with our strategy, ensuring they're the right size, shape, and impact for the business.
- Lead culture and engagement programs that connect teams to our purpose and values.
- Maintain and grow traineeship, qualification, and professional development pathways to keep Grill'd at the forefront of hospitality learning.
- Guide a high-performing team through change, complexity, and pace by delivering on time, to scope, and to a high standard.

**You'll bring**:

- Proven leadership in Organisational Development, Learning & Culture in large, multi-site environments.
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills from executive leaders to the frontline.
