Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to older Australians in their homes.

The successful candidate will conduct annual assessments, develop treatment plans, and make timely referrals to improve the quality of life for our clients.

  • Clinical Expertise:
  • Perform a wide range of clinical assessments, including Falls Risk, Cognitive, Continence, Pain, Skin Integrity, Wound care, Medication Management Capacity, Carer Strain Index, etc.
  • Develop treatment plans and make timely referrals.
  • Recommending suitable aids and equipment.
  • Provide wound care and assist with continence management and catheter care.
About You
  • A caring and capable RN who is confident working independently in the community.
  • Clinical know-how, a person-first approach, and a genuine interest in helping older Australians live their best life.
Essential Requirements:
  • Current AHPRA registration with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
  • Experience in aged care or community home care (preferred).
  • First Aid (HLTAID011 or equivalent) and CPR (HLTAID009), or willing to obtain within one month.
