Clinical Care Specialist
About the Role:The position requires a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Care Specialist to provide holistic healthcare services to individuals affected by sexual assault and family violence.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including counsellor advocates, case managers, and healthcare providers, to improve the health outcomes of vulnerable individuals.
The specialist will undertake initial needs identification, develop client-centred care plans, and provide direct nursing services, health education, and support to clients.
This role demands excellent clinical skills, autonomy, prioritization, and strong communication skills when working with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:- Assess health implications of sexual assault and facilitate access to other health services as needed
