Financial Analyst – Transactions Role

Amid a rapidly evolving landscape of aged care and retirement living, we are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to support the execution of significant transactions across our portfolio.

This high-impact role involves analyzing and modeling financials of Aged Care & Retirement Living assets, providing commercially sharp insights to inform investment decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing and modeling financials of Aged Care & Retirement Living portfolios
  • Supporting sales teams with pricing insights and attending client meetings
  • Preparing marketing reports and investor-grade Information Memorandums
  • Coordinating due diligence through virtual data rooms
  • Conducting site inspections and assisting in portfolio valuations
  • Maintaining CRM and internal sales databases

For this position, we require a candidate with:

  • At least 3 years' experience in financial analysis, accounting, or corporate finance
  • Strong financial literacy (balance sheets, modelling, reporting)
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word & data platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Interest or experience in M&A, transactions, or sales advisory
  • A team mindset, joining a close-knit group
