About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Western Region Mobiles Team as a FIFO Concrete Batch Plant Operator/Agitator Driver. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant, operating a front-end loader, monitoring automated controls, ensuring product quality, and coordinating with construction teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, effective communication skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers. Experience operating an agitator is highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a concrete batch plant and ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements
  • Monitor automated controls to ensure correct batching proportions
  • Coordinate with construction teams to align batching and pouring schedules
  • Manage maintenance & production tasks, including manual handling
Driver Responsibilities:
  • Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
  • Load and deliver concrete to customers
  • Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
Requirements:
  • Hold a HR or HC Drivers Licence - essential
  • Agitator truck experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
  • Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
  • Front end loader ticket and experience - desirable
