Responsibilities- Effective property management including marketing and leasing properties.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords.
- Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs as required.
- Conducting regular inspections and reporting on property conditions.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management.
- A current Real Estate Agent's license.
- A valid driver's license.
- Regular access to a vehicle.
