We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Analyst and Business Partner to join our team at TPG Telecom. As a key member of the Reward function, you will play a crucial role in delivering reward projects and cyclical activities, including analysis and process improvement initiatives, benchmarking and remuneration review activities, and workforce modelling and budgeting.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to bring their expertise in reward management and business partnering to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Head of Reward Governance & Performance to drive business outcomes and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the cyclical activities of the reward team, including managing timelines, setting up and maintaining key systems, preparing supporting material for business leaders and the people team, and leveraging reports to provide insights to the business throughout the cycle.
  • Assist with the optimisation of workforce planning through the use of data and analytics, forecasting, and modelling.
  • Support the administration and communication of incentive plans and employee benefits.
  • Conduct research and analysis into market practice, internal equity, and external competitiveness to deliver high-quality benchmarking services.
  • Work collaboratively with the PE team to ensure high-quality data is maintained within Oracle, including reporting and liaising with the broader people team to inform and follow up on data maintenance requirements.
  • Contribute to the effective governance of the reward function by assisting with the preparation of information for committee and board materials, audit requests, and supporting the production of TPG's annual report.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A working knowledge of principles and practices of remuneration, performance management, and market analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis, basic modelling, incentive plan administration, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Reward Consultant/Analyst experience working in or consulting for a listed Australian business in a fast-paced reward environment.
  • High attention to detail, excellent time management, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate with honesty, respect, authenticity, and humility.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline, together with experience in a related role.
