Job Description

As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide domestic and regional check-in services for passengers
  • Reserve and sell tickets, collect monies, and manage sales reporting functions
  • Assist with the receipt and dispatch of aircraft, including operation of aerobridges
  • Manage computer system operations and Departure Control System
  • Support special needs customers, handle damaged and lost baggage enquiries, and assist with passenger marshalling
Requirements:
  • Previous airline customer service experience essential
  • GDS experience essential
  • Able to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)
  • Ability to work shift work, including early starts, evenings, and weekend work
  • Well-developed written and oral communication skills, outstanding image, and presentation
  • High degree of computer literacy, ability to work unsupervised

To maintain our high standards of service delivery, all new customer-facing frontline employees must be fully vaccinated and provide evidence of vaccination.
