Job Title

eCommerce Coordinator role at a leading retail company.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all products are available on our website on time, with high-quality visuals, videos, attributes, tags, product descriptions, pricing, in the correct category; and to meet internal guidelines for AU & NZ. The role also supports the eCommerce team to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior eCommerce experience.

As an eCommerce Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end enrichment process for ecommerce including all data points and photography. This includes ensuring product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner. You will also generate/create product descriptions using product data and the appropriate tone of voice for the brand.

You will manage product samples for photography and coordinate with retouchers to ensure photos are returned promptly. Additionally, you will manage ecommerce photography shoots with the internal photography team and approve images for the site. You will liaise with brands and store teams to obtain samples required for photographing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management: Manage the end-to-end enrichment process for ecommerce including all data points and photography.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years ecommerce operations coordination in Magento or similar platform (preferable but not essential).
  • Copywriting capability.
  • MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).
  • Preferably footwear retail or wholesale background or an interest in sport/running.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive.
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly self-driven with initiative to support the wider team.
  • Analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics (preferred but not essential).
