The role of an Air Freight Coordinator involves ensuring timely customer satisfaction by working with a team to handle logistics and supply chain management operations.

Key responsibilities include coordinating delivery to customers, managing manifests and documents, and monitoring the performance and cost-effectiveness of outside carriers. Additionally, the coordinator will be responsible for updating inventory, delivery details, shortages, and problems daily, as well as arranging distribution of client product as requested.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, great written and verbal communication, and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential, particularly in relation to procars and expedient programs. Knowledge of the transport industry and understanding of warehouse systems is highly desirable.
