Implementation Specialist

Orikan is a leading provider of parking technology solutions that drive communities forward. From meters to smart payment applications, our unique suite of services and solutions empower individuals and organizations alike.

We seek an Implementation Consultant who possesses technical expertise and confident communication skills. This role demands at least two years of experience in software implementation or technical delivery—someone who collaborates effectively and engages teams with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the deployment of Orikan's hardware and software solutions—onsite and remotely.
  • Liaise between clients, developers, and vendors to ensure smooth technical delivery.
  • Assist with system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Support post-go-live hypercare and help resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Deliver client training and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in software implementation, technical support, or solution delivery.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients and teams.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and documentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL and system configuration (or a willingness to learn).
  • Experience working in SaaS environments is beneficial.
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
