Job Title: Senior Manager, Loyalty Member Experience

This role is responsible for developing and executing loyalty programs that drive member engagement and retention.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertaining and creating ultimate experiences, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement a comprehensive member experience strategy that drives long-term advocacy and program engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-touch, member-first experiences and benefits.
  • Develop and deliver exclusive events, personalized services, offers, benefits, and outstanding experiences that drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver an elevated experience for members online and in-store.
  • Track and share member feedback, preferences, retention, and engagement to inform continuous improvement and help shape future loyalty strategies.
Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Customer-obsessed individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Strong understanding of loyalty programs with a focus on member experiences.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to track and analyze member feedback and data.
