Operational Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced operations coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of job activities, working closely with managers, supervisors, and trade employees.
The ideal candidate is a proactive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and set up jobs in simPRO
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers
- Prepare sale invoices
- Follow up to ensure all certifications are received
- Keep customers updated and satisfied through having a good understanding of their needs and requirements
- Participate in meetings to ensure desirable outcomes are reached
- E nsure employees and sub-contractors are aligned with OH&S obligations
- Experience in an administration role within the construction industry
- Strong organisational skills and ability to maintain accurate records
- A high level of attention to detail
