Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Trials Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical trials coordination unit, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, compliant clinical research that supports better health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and sponsors, to facilitate trial planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with data management and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes to optimize trial operations, reducing costs and improving timelines.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Knowledge and Experience: Proven experience in coordinating clinical trials, with a strong understanding of ICH GCP guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital systems and tools, including databases, electronic data entry platforms, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems in a timely manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and sponsors.
