We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Trial Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will coordinate and support clinical trials that make a real-world impact through meticulous planning, coordination, and execution.
  • They will work closely with sponsors, monitors, and other stakeholders to ensure trials run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Key responsibilities include coordinating study start-up activities, managing trial documentation, and maintaining accurate records.

  • You bring a systematic approach to clinical trial coordination, juggling multiple studies with confidence and precision.
  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

To be successful you will possess:

  • Knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice and an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using digital systems and tools, including databases, electronic data entry platforms, word processing, and spreadsheets.
  • A sound understanding of privacy principles relating to health information and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • A flexible approach, with the capacity to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in managing clinical trials or similar projects will be highly regarded.
