We have an exciting opportunity for a Harvesting Supervisor to join our team in the Bathurst region of NSW. This role involves preparing site-based harvesting plans and supervising operations to ensure goals and targets are met.

About the Role:

The purpose of this role is to oversee harvesting operations and prepare plans to achieve business objectives. Key skills include leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. You must also be able to supervise and manage operations effectively to meet production targets.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong leadership and supervision experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with staff and contractors.
  • Excellent forward planning and organizational skills.
  • Capacity to provide clear direction and resolve potential complications.
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and the safety of others.
  • Willingness to participate in fire-fighting training and hold a valid driver's license.
