Opportunity to Lead in Early Education

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced leader to fill the role of Assistant Centre Director at Affinity Education. This position offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children, families, and staff.

About the Role
  • Mentor and support centre teams to achieve National Quality Standards and exceed expectations
  • Create lasting connections with the local community through partnerships and marketing initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day operations in line with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
  • Strong experience as a Centre Manager
  • Current Working with Children's Check
  • Proven track record in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience
