About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Center Director to oversee the daily operations of our childcare facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and education for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy and improve the overall experience for families.
  • Mentor and support staff to meet and exceed national quality standards.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification. You will have strong experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality care and education.
