Registered Nurse Job Opportunity

We're seeking a compassionate, clinically confident, and proactive Registered Nurse who is passionate about aged care. This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional care to our elderly clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify their unique needs and develop individualised care plans.
  • Provide high-quality clinical nursing care, including wound management, continence care, catheter management, and medication administration.
  • Deliver client education and promote reablement to support clients' independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure holistic care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Complete accurate documentation, referrals, and clinical reporting to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Support other team members in delivering services aligned with client care plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments and best practices to provide evidence-based care.

Requirements:

  • A current AHPRA registration (RN) with at least 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Strong assessment and care planning skills.
  • A current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • The ability to travel throughout the region.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to client-centred care and clinical excellence.
  • Full Australian working rights.
