Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex business capability growth & enhancement projects within our Nuclear and Capability Business Unit. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and managing project teams to deliver strategic objectives
  • Developing and maintaining project schedules and budgets
  • Establishing project management governance frameworks
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with defence and safety standards
  • Reporting on project progress to senior leadership
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in complex project environments
  • Proven leadership skills, including setting up project teams and developing talent
  • Strong governance and process development capabilities
  • An understanding of centralised services business models and experience working in diverse projects
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Primavera P6 and Jira

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level.
