About the Role
Eynesbury kindergarten, a vibrant and inclusive environment, is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to lead our 4-year-old group. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children while fostering a love of learning in a safe and stimulating environment.

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate educator who can bring creativity and enthusiasm to our program. Your role will involve developing and implementing engaging play-based activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, ensuring the well-being of all children in your care.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the unique needs of each child
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes
- Monitor and report on children's progress and development

What We Offer
- A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements
- A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or equivalent qualification
- Full registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
- Experience working with young children in an early childhood setting

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
