Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Kindergarten Registration Officer to join our Early Childhood team. This role will be part of a passionate and innovative team responsible for the successful delivery of Kindergarten Central Registrations to the community.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Early Childhood team and Families and Children team with excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities will include:
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete all administration duties associated with Kindergarten Central Registration and ensure accurate and timely processing of kindergarten registrations in line with relevant policies.
Maintain professional relationships with relevant stakeholders and attend to customer enquiries promptly, efficiently and in accordance with Council's Customer Service Charter.
Provide quality administrative support to the Early Childhood team and Families and Children team when required.
Maintain data and produce reports for use in strategic planning and participate in the testing, evaluation and implementation of systems and processes to support continuous improvement.

Salary: The successful candidate will receive a salary range of $72,119 to $76,460 per annum, plus 11.5% Super and ADO.
