Site Operations Asset Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our site's operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to manage our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for planned maintenance scheduling. This will involve establishing a world-class asset care program, scheduling all planned maintenance activities, managing the site work order backlog, and ensuring accurate equipment maintenance history within the CMMS database.
You will also work closely with the Production Scheduler to factor maintenance work into production plans, collaborate with the Engineering Maintenance Manager and Reliability Engineers to schedule resources for effective production and maintenance outcomes, and participate in relevant site process audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives towards cost-effectiveness and optimal maintenance systems delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish a robust asset care program to ensure high standards of plant reliability and efficiency.
- Schedule all planned maintenance activities in CMMS, including parts and resource requirements.
- Manage the site work order backlog and maintain accurate equipment maintenance history within the CMMS database.
- Collaborate with the Production Scheduler to integrate maintenance work into production plans.
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
