Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to lead our breakfast kitchen brigade. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supervising and setting a positive example for the team, preparing and cooking breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station and kitchen areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the breakfast kitchen brigade and supervise team members to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast station and kitchen areas.
  • Assist in stock management and inventory control while managing costs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones.
  • Uphold and enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with the Head Chef and Sous Chef on matters related to team performance and development.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques and recipes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Trade qualifications from a culinary school.
