Breakfast Chef De Partie Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the breakfast kitchen team and set a positive example.
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and improve presentation and plating.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of breakfast station and kitchen areas.
  • Contribute to stock management and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
  • Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
  • Liaise with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel environment.
  • Strong knowledge of breakfast cooking techniques.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Trade qualifications from a culinary school.
