Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong passion for working with diverse populations.

As a Community Physiotherapist, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously in clients' homes, providing tailored rehabilitation programs that promote optimal mobility and function.

You will also collaborate closely with other Allied Health professionals to achieve outstanding results and make a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, has excellent time management skills, and is able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

  • Providing in-home rehab, mobility, and strengthening programs
  • Supporting patients with pain management and functional goals
  • Working with NDIS, aged care, and WorkCover clients
  • Collaborating with other Allied Health professionals to achieve outstanding results
Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high-quality, patient-centred care through individualised treatment plans and ongoing support.

Developing and maintaining effective relationships with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain expertise and provide evidence-based care.

Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and workshops to share knowledge and improve services.

Requirements:
  • AHPRA certification as a physiotherapist
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to work with diverse populations and adapt to changing priorities
