We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated rehabilitation consultant to join our multidisciplinary team. As a specialist in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or exercise physiology, you will work closely with clients to develop tailored rehabilitation plans that enable them to achieve their goals and return to meaningful employment.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans, and working collaboratively with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' functional capacity and develop tailored rehabilitation plans to enable their safe return to work
  • Work collaboratively with clients, employers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective workplace injury prevention programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy or exercise physiology
  • Professional registration with AHPRA or ESSA
  • Strong understanding of workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
