We are seeking a seasoned construction expert to oversee and execute precise take-offs and cost estimations, focusing on structural and concrete scopes. This role involves leading a team of estimators, implementing best practices, and collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, timely estimates using our proprietary software.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in construction estimation and technical knowledge in structural elements, ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of construction estimators
  • Managing end-to-end take-offs and estimates for structural and concrete components
  • Reviewing and interpreting architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy
  • Streamlining estimation workflows and promoting continuous process improvement
  • Coordinating closely with project managers, engineers, and external consultants
  • Ensuring estimates align with current industry standards and pricing trends

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction estimating, with a strong focus on structural and concrete works
  • Proven experience in large-scale commercial or residential construction projects
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in estimating tools and platforms (e.g., Cubit, Bluebeam, PlanSwift)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
