Electrical Engineering Graduate Program

The graduate program is an opportunity to develop and support two Electrical Engineering graduates in delivering technical advice, grid connection studies and power network strategies for the power network across the country.

We are looking to develop and support talented individuals who can work collaboratively with senior practitioners to simulate and model the power network.

  • Key responsibilities include working on technical assurance audits, developing grid connection studies for new and existing renewable generators, and working with electricity systems and market operations to support the transition to net-zero emissions.
Program Structure

The program is designed to give you a smooth start to your consulting career. You will work with peers, managers and mentors to navigate challenges and grow your professional skills. The program includes:

  • A two-year graduate development program that provides a comprehensive training experience.
  • Opportunities to work on real-world projects and gain hands-on experience.
  • Regular feedback and coaching to ensure your success.
