Key Responsibilities

  • Offer expert advice to customers and process sales with a high level of accuracy.
  • Provide proactive service to drive store success, maintaining presentation standards and assisting with tasks such as customer pick-ups and receiving deliveries.

You will report directly to the Store Manager and contribute to the seamless integration of services within our retail environment.

Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Bring energy and positivity to your work, demonstrating a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Have previous sales/service experience in a retail or consultative role, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and customers.
  • Are technologically savvy and have admin capability, ensuring efficient task management and data entry.
