Workday Implementer - Technical Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Workday technical specialist to join our team. As a Workday implementer, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business and technical teams by delivering complex Workday intersystem solutions.

Responsibilities include guiding clients through the transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday implementation. This involves facilitating design sessions, configuring solutions based on best practices, and ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to the Workday HCM solution.

You will work closely with clients, project teams, and engagement managers to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will enable you to mentor fellow consultants and analysts, providing support for shadow assignments and contributing to the growth of the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your technical aptitude, hands-on experience with Workday software, and ability to map data sources into conversion templates via iLoads.   • Key Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience
  • Ability to gather business requirements, design, and implement practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
  • Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management
