About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Finance and Operations Officer to join our team at the National Institute of Dramatic Art.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end financial management of the organisation, including forecasting and analytics, and will contribute to the development and execution of our overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the financial management of the organisation, including forecasting and analytics
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our overall strategy
  • Lead the operational team, including Compliance & Risk, Facilities, WHS, Sustainability, Technical Operations, IT and Archives
  • Drive best practice and ongoing process improvement in operational areas
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, balance multiple projects and priorities, and bring clarity where there is complexity
