Job Description

Role Overview:

This position plays a key role in addressing workforce priorities within the public schooling system.

As part of the Workforce Strategic Initiatives team, you will work closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement projects that drive educational outcomes in Western Australia.

You will apply your analytical skills, initiative, and knowledge of education workforce matters to provide clear and timely advice to management on strategic workforce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert guidance on workforce policy and coordination to support effective project delivery.
  2. Develop comprehensive project plans to drive workforce initiatives forward.
  3. Liaise with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Use analytical skills to identify trends, process improvements, and provide innovative thinking in problem-solving.

Requirements:

  • Significant knowledge of current workforce issues, trends, policies, and processes related to projects, programs, and initiatives for educational outcomes in Western Australia.
  • Highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong program and project management expertise.
